Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Agency Project Manager to oversee multiple projects within our organization. This role requires a professional with expertise in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and resource planning to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong marketing background and the ability to lead diverse teams to achieve client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Workback Schedules: Develop detailed workback schedules that map the entire project lifecycle, including task dependencies, timelines, and resource allocation. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in scope.
Gantt Charts & Timeline Management: Create and maintain Gantt charts to monitor project milestones and communicate progress to internal and client stakeholders.
Resource Planning: Plan and allocate resources effectively, assessing team capacities and engaging freelancers as needed to meet project demands.
Freelancer Management: Identify, onboard, and manage freelancers for content creation, design, and other specialized services. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate between departments such as Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics, serving as the central point of communication for all project-related updates.
Performance Monitoring: Track project performance metrics and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports and knowledge transfer materials, ensuring accessibility for stakeholders.
Coaching & Mentorship: Mentor team members in project management best practices and tool utilization (e.g., ClickUp).

Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficient in ClickUp and Google Sheets. Experience with other project management tools is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role, ideally within a marketing agency.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Marketing Background: Familiarity with marketing campaigns and strategies is highly desirable.
