Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Workday Analyst with our consumer finance lender firm client in their West Woodbury, NY location. This is a 3 month + contract and 100% remote position. This position is based on EST time zone working hours and a 3-6 month consulting engagement.

Summary:

The Workday Analyst will be part of a technology team that supports corporate applications.
The role is providing additional technical and functional support post-go-live (scheduled for mid-December).

Responsibilities:

Business process configuration, reporting development, EIB integrations and assisting with security issue clean-up.
Provide post-launch support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training to enhance and optimize Workday processes.
Ability to mass load information via EIBs and knowledge on how to test integration inputs and outputs based on transactional changes.
Knowledge on how to create reports.
Act as support to business partners and work to enhance their understanding of Workday.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
3+ years' Workday HCM experience.
A solid understanding in at least three Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits.
Knowledge of Workday business process, core setup, and security framework.
Strong ability to work with others on solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay rate range: $65.00 - $75.00 hourly
