Your Impact:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive full-cycle recruitment for all areas of business operations across the mid and western US. We are seeking a high performing collaborator who is customer obsessed to drive accountability and results.  

Your Day to Day will Include: 

  • Proactively source candidates using innovative solutions that attract talent to our organization 

  • Actively engage in talent identification and future pipeline development by being an IPEX talent ambassador on various external events & platforms 

  • Effectively partner with stakeholders to advise and influence on talent attraction best practices to yield optimal results 

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with other TA team members and internal partners within the HR team and beyond, ensuring alignment and consistency. 

  • Utilize data to make sound decisions regarding talent market insights and to build effective talent attraction strategies 

  • Conduct initial virtual screenings to assess candidate qualifications and skills.   

  • Evaluate candidates based on role requirements and skills assessments 

  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection and decision-making process 

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth transition to onboarding   

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS and other recruitment databases/tracking mechanisms 

  • Proactively identify enhancements to current process based on market findings and TA best practices 

  • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset by challenging and promoting innovation in team meetings and projects 

  • Actively engage with colleagues to share knowledge and experiences to unify and grow the team 

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • University degree/diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, in Human Resources or Talent Attraction 

  • 3-5 years of full cycle talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple simultaneous hiring demands  

  • Strong understanding of applicants tracking systems (ATS) with a variety of sourcing tools inclusive of AI capabilities 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers  

  • Experience in analyzing key market data, to influence and make decisions on recruitment campaigns 

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel 

  • Good sense of adaptability in a fast-paced environment 

  • Multilingual capabilities considered a strong asset i.e. Spanish, French
