Job description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage the work within the annual strategic initiative (AIP) to OEM  revenue across the organization.

  • Create and lead industry-focused projects to identify and close gaps preventing our organization from gaining incremental revenue in those particular markets.

  • Act as an expert of indirect people management that provides a vision of success that motivates the team while collaborating across divisions and functions to achieve common goals.

  • Identify and organize continuous improvement events to further development of standard work and procedures

  • Spearhead process improvement initiatives around OEM forecasting and improvement of service metrics

  • Facilitate the creation of cadenced leadership reports and annual strategic planning documentation in collaboration with the team, and ensure all are provided on time.

  • Lead problem solving and countermeasure development when needed.

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives while monitoring progress and adjust as needed

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans

  • Maintain visibility and facilitate timely discussions and decisions for project risks & issues

  • Ensure project requirements are met, the scope is managed, and milestones deliverables are met

  • Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes, systems, and technologies

  • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization

  • Ensure open communication amongst team members, eliciting transparency and cross-team coordination

  • Lead the charter development, scoping and action plan development for the various industry workstreams

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent experience

  • 3-8 years of project management experience preferably within a commercial / sales role or organization

  • CAPM® or PMP® certification preferred

  • Ability to work within cross functional & multiple location projects a must.

  • Experience with problem solving and countermeasure techniques

  • Effective executor.  Can get things done and can implement complex transformation programs in a global organization.

  • Effective communicator across all stakeholders’ interactions.

  • Salesforce.com and Excel experience required

  • Power BI experience preferred

Compensation: $59,800-$95,000

Please note that compensation is based on a variety of factors when extending offer, including but not limited to, the role, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, qualifications, and business considerations.
