Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive email marketing strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
2. Oversee the management of Salesforce CRM and HubSpot, ensuring accurate segmentation of email lists to target specific customer groups.
3. Utilize marketing automation tools to efficiently manage campaign workflows and scheduling.
4. Work closely with content creators and designers to ensure that emails are visually appealing and content-rich.
5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align email marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
6. Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
7. Innovate and experiment with new email marketing techniques and technologies to stay ahead of industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in email marketing with demonstrated success in a similar role.
• Proficiency in major email marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
• Skilled in HTML, content management, and marketing automation technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent project management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
