The Internal Communications & People Support Coordinator is an entry-level position responsible for managing internal communications and providing administrative support to the People and Culture and Marketing Departments. This role plays a critical part in fostering employee engagement and supporting company culture initiatives
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support project-based initiatives, including updates to the Employee Handbook, deployment communications for Open Enrollment, and additional marketing projects.
- Assist in organizing and promoting employee engagement activities, such as outreach events, Stand Out recognition programs, and wellness initiatives including the Calm application.
- Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, and internal articles published to our internal blog.
- Contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts as a member of the CSR Council by supporting internal communication activities that align with the Council's framework and strategy.
- Create and maintain documentation/collateral in collaboration with the Marketing team and all ATTG departments to enhance resource Intranets
- Assist in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of ATTG branded document templates

- Basic knowledge of internal communication tools i.e. Slack, intranet systems.
- WordPress experience is a plus but not required.

Education and/or Experience:
- Preferred Bachelor of Arts/Science in Communications, English or similar
- 0-2 years of experience in internal communications, human resources, administrative support, or a related area.
PC Skills:
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate in standard business English both written and spoken. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
