Job description

This is a remote position.


Scope:

  • Part-time role, minimum 20 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday (9 AM to 1 PM Mountain Time)

  • Potential for role expansion as the business grows

  • Opportunity to learn about Canadian immigration processes



Responsibilities
:
  • Perform data entry tasks related to immigration applications and client information

  • Assist in filling out immigration forms accurately and efficiently

  • Manage and respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner

  • Follow up on required documents and ensure all paperwork is complete

  • Create and schedule basic social media posts for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost care

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Strong written communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in using computer software, particularly for data entry and email management

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with virtual communication tools
