Minutes to Seconds is looking for a Data Test Analyst in a full time position.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Data Testing and Validation:
- Ensure calculations, algorithms, and data transformations align with business requirements.
- Validate end-to-end data workflows, from ingestion to reporting.
Product Knowledge Application:
- Leverage your deep understanding of the Impact Analytics suite to identify potential issues in data workflows or functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate use-case-specific scenarios within these products.
Test Planning and Execution:
- Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases tailored to Impact Analytics products.
- Automate repetitive testing tasks where possible, ensuring efficient validation cycles.
Defect Management and Troubleshooting:
- Identify, document, and communicate defects in a structured manner.
- Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and developers to resolve issues efficiently.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Partner with business analysts and product managers to gather and understand business requirements.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability and usability.
Reporting and Insights:
- Generate detailed test reports and provide actionable insights to ensure product quality.
- Monitor and track product performance, ensuring data consistency across platforms.

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SQL for querying and validating data across large datasets.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline testing.
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for test automation is a plus.
Testing and QA Skills:
- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing of data-driven products.
- Strong defect management skills using tools like JIRA, Monday.com, or similar.
Other Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data testing, analytics quality assurance, or a similar role.
