Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Position Overview:

  • As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for managing all aspects of field service support and customer relationship management. The FSE will provide complete services, including installation, repairs, preventative maintenance, and instrument qualifications. Our FSE will be customer oriented, and be eager to drive growth.

Location: remote

What you will do:

  • Perform service activities: repair, install, upgrade, IQOQ and preventive maintenance, user training effectively.

  • Achieve customer satisfaction by improving service capabilities and competence on Epredia instrumentation.

  • Promote Service offering to Customer needs. (Proactive Mindset for PPM).

  • Adhere to technical escalation and field service SOP.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5 years of field service experience
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Proficient in Chinese and English (written and verbal)
  • College degree required and/or equivalent experience
