We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to enhance our client relationships and drive growth. In this role, you will be a crucial liaison between Commify and our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, developing tailored strategies, and identifying opportunities for upselling our range of communication solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in the technology or software sector
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and foster customer loyalty
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-starter with a strong motivation for success
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Adaptability to changing customer needs and market conditions
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
