We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will play a key role in driving our infrastructure and deployment processes, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure systems. You will lead the implementation of DevOps best practices, enabling seamless CI/CD workflows, infrastructure automation, and application reliability.

What Will You Be Doing / Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC tools to support microservices and enterprise cloud environments.
CI/CD Pipelines: Build, enhance, and maintain pipelines in Azure DevOps (AZDO) for automated deployments and effective release management.
Cloud Platform Management: Operate, monitor, and maintain Azure-based environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Containerized Applications: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker, emphasizing auto-scaling, self-healing, and monitoring.
Monitoring & Observability: Centralize monitoring dashboards (e.g., Grafana) and enhance alerting systems to meet business SLIs/SLOs.
Release Management: Establish unified release cycles, enforce standards, and maintain a single source of truth for all deployments.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to application and data teams, resolve ad hoc deployment issues, and handle on-call support rotations.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Foster a DevOps mindset across teams, mentor engineers, and align efforts to organizational standards and goals.
Resource Optimization: Perform driver upgrades, resource migrations, and cleanups to maintain a streamlined, cost-effective cloud environment.
Networking & Security: Configure private endpoints, secure access, and enforce best practices for resource connectivity.

Key Initiatives:
Release Cadence: Ensure standardized release cycles across teams with proper approvals.
Infrastructure Upgrades: Regularly perform node image upgrades and apply updates for dependencies (e.g., Snowflake drivers).
Monitoring Layer Enhancements: Implement self-hosted Grafana dashboards and ingest logs from Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
Network Configuration: Establish private links and connectivity between APIs and Azure resources.

Requirements / Experience:
6+ years with Microsoft Azure, actively deploying and managing big and complex cloud enterprise infrastructures.
3+ years with Terraform and IaC practices.
Significant experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and microservice architectures.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, especially AZDO.
DevOps oriented support skills for maintaining and troubleshooting applications written in Javascript (React), Typescript, Kotlin, Java, Springboot.
Familiarity with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse is a plus.
Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-700 are a plus.
