Position Summary
The Project Manager will join the project managers team and will be responsible for managing new and ongoing projects, planning and executing successfully. Ensure that the projects are completed on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders.
A day in the life of...
- Act as a Project Manager for new and ongoing projects, to ensure proper execution of the deliveries from external and internal partners (Integrated Business Services, External Agencies).
- Ensure the day-to-day management of the different activities of Project mobilization of required resources, monitoring and reporting on key dimensions.
- Web Development: Familiarity with web development languages (such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and frameworks. Understanding how websites are built and the technical aspects involved in creating and maintaining them.
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Knowledge of popular CMS platforms. Understanding how to manage and customize content, themes, and plugins within these systems.
- Digital Marketing: Awareness of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. Ability to interpret data and generate reports to measure project performance and make data-driven decisions.
- User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design: Understanding the principles of UX and UI design, including usability, accessibility, and visual design.
- E-commerce Platforms: Knowledge of popular e-commerce platforms like Magento: Understanding how to set up and manage online stores, including product listings, inventory management, and payment gateways.
- Mobile App Development: Awareness of mobile app development processes, platforms, and technologies. Understanding the differences between native apps, hybrid apps, and web apps, and their implications for digital projects.
- Data Security and Privacy: Understanding the importance of data security and privacy in digital projects. Knowledge of best practices, regulations (such as GDPR), and tools to protect user data and ensure compliance.
What will make you successful
-3-5 years of project management in digital environment
-Project management software (e.g. Project, Jira)
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to quickly understand brand's positioning through Brand Guidelines
-Ability to deliver against established objectives and deadlines
-Knowledge of Brand Communication standards development & management
-Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment - Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness; looking for ways to improve and promote quality,
- Ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
- Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Problem-solving skills: Identifying and addressing challenges to keep the project on track.
