The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Global Product Manager, where your vision and leadership will directly shape the future of our innovative products. In this key role, you will harness your strategic thinking and customer-centric mindset to drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing and business teams will ensure that we deliver exceptional solutions that not only meet market demands but also delight our users. By leveraging data-driven insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, your contributions will not only elevate our product offerings but also significantly impact our company's growth and success in the competitive landscape.
You’ll report to the Global Product Management Group Leader based in Hong Kong, and you’ll work within a team of product managers, whilst closely collaborating with cross-functional teams around the world.

Role Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy: Establish a clear product vision and strategic direction that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Product Definition: Define, and deliver product requirements based on their value to customers and alignment with strategic objectives.
Market Research Leverage: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product development decisions.
Testing and Prototyping Lead: Oversee the development and execution of testing and prototyping processes to gather user feedback ensuring a refined user experience before full-scale launch.
Product Roadmap definition: Contribute to the Global Product Roadmap definition based on the vast understanding of the a,market and target audiences.
Product Development Ownership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and addressing any challenges during the development process.
Product Launch Facilitator: Contribute with marketing/sales and customer support teams to prepare for successful product launches and ensure effective communication.
Post-Launch Evaluation: Analyze product performance through key metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future iterations.
Key Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
6-8 years of demonstrable experience in hardware product management.
Excellent creative and problem-solving skills - Deeply curious.
Objective and analytical: you seek data and know the difference between facts and opinions.
Recognized leadership skills – strong ability to lead by influence. You know how to lead with a team of cross-functional peers and have them excitedly join you on a journey to create and build the best possible product experience for our customer.
Strong ability to understand global consumer challenges, needs and tensions.
Demonstrable experience developing products used in multiple cultures and/or by multiple user groups.
Strong understanding of product (hardware and software) life cycle process, engineering principles and design constraints.
Strong business acumen – capable of big picture thinking.
Decisive and able to deal with ambiguity, guiding other team members through it.
Ability to quickly grasp technology constraints and capabilities.
Strong interest in consumer electronics and technology business, industry / industry issues and competitors.
Excellent communication (oral & written) skills – English (required) , Mandarin (a plus).
Best candidate will be curious, insightful, and creative, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Education
Minimum - Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, product design or related.
Ideal - Masters degree focused on business strategy, and user experience.
