Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM PST (1:00 AM - 10:00 AM Manila Time)
  • Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish-English) to be the voice of our company in Latin America. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your passion for music with your customer service expertise. You’ll be handling inquiries from clients across Latin America, providing both technical and general support. If you’re a music enthusiast with a talent for problem-solving and fluency in English and Spanish, this position offers an exciting chance to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of international music business.


Responsibilities:

·  Provide first-level customer and technical support to clients across the Americas

·  Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish

·  Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the company’s music products or services

·  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support tickets

·  Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues


Requirements:

·  Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

·  Previous experience in customer support

·  Strong problem-solving and communication skills

·  Basic technical knowledge, with the ability to quickly learn new systems

·  Passion for music and understanding of Latin American music culture
