This is a remote position.
Scope:
Manage bookkeeping for several real estate properties and a secondary business
Handle financial records that were previously behind schedule
Ensure accurate categorization of transactions across multiple accounts
Provide regular financial updates and reports as needed
Responsibilities:
Reconcile and categorize transactions for multiple real estate properties
Manage high-volume financial transactions across various accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books using QuickBooks Online for the real estate business
Handle complex categorization of transactions related to multiple properties
Reconcile and categorize transactions for the secondary business using Wave accounting software
Ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts for both businesses
Prepare financial reports as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Wave accounting software
Experience in real estate bookkeeping or property management accounting
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex financial data
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple property accounts and businesses
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
