Job description

This is a remote position.

Position: Marketing Specialist

Working Schedule:

This is a project-based position and the hours will vary based on current projects. Expected minimum of 20 hours per week. Required to be online and available Mon-Fri from 8 am to 12 pm EST (9:00 PM - 1:00 AM Manila Time). Additional hours needed are completely flexible.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position will work closely with the Managing Director to effectively communicate our brand and services to a specific demographic. Candidate will be responsible for concepts and execution of targeted social media campaigns, demographic community outreach and relations, marketing efforts (materials and messaging), as well as sales event support.

Requirements

Position specific degree (can be in progress) or 4 years minimum experience.
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of marketing to a targeted demographic, effective communication skills, competent in market analysis, innovative campaign ideas, and reporting and assessments.
This candidate needs to understand what actually motivates people to buy a product or service.
** To be perfectly clear, we do not need someone to just create SM ads. We can do that just fine.
We need someone who can work closely with the Managing Director and execute her ideas as well as bring effective and concepts and fresh ideas to the projects with measurable results. Key word, measurable results.
