Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

Remote job opportunity. We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 4-5 years of experience, to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining multiple interconnected websites. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a strong aptitude for API integration and database management.

Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various devices.
    
  • Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) to build dynamic and interactive web applications.
    
• Back-End Development:
  • Develop robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies.
    
  • Design and implement efficient database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to store and retrieve data.
    
  • Integrate with third-party APIs to extend website functionality and data sources.
    
• API Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to power web applications and mobile apps.
    
  • Ensure API security and performance optimization.
    
• Media Player Integration:
  • Develop custom media players or integrate third-party solutions to enable smooth video and audio playback within the website.
    
  • Optimize media player performance and user experience.
    
• Cross-Site Integration:
  • Design and implement seamless integration between multiple websites, ensuring data consistency and user experience.
    
  • Develop robust authentication and authorization mechanisms to secure user access across different sites.
    
• Testing and Debugging:
  • Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
    
  • Implement effective debugging techniques to troubleshoot complex problems.
    
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
    
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Experience with at least one popular JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  
• Solid understanding of server-side programming languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).
  
• Proficiency in database design and SQL.
  
• Experience with API development and integration.
  
• Knowledge of media player technologies and streaming protocols.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
  
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
