Job Title: Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain)
Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Lucknow
Experience: 4-8 years
Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4-8 years of experience in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, with additional experience in EPIC, HL7, FHIR, or the dental industry being a plus. You’ll play a key role in translating complex business requirements into technical documents for developers, ensuring seamless communication between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements within the healthcare domain.
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation, ensuring clarity for development teams.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented accurately.
• Analyze data using SQL to support project requirements and provide insights.
• Utilize knowledge of APIs to support integration requirements.
• Ensure all documentation complies with healthcare industry standards, especially where EPIC, HL7, and FHIR protocols are concerned.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Experience: 4-8 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in SQL is essential.
o Knowledge of API integration and related documentation.
o Familiarity with EPIC, HL7, FHIR standards, and experience in the dental industry is advantageous.
Secondary Skills:
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Azure.
• Skills in identifying and managing risks associated with business requirements and project scope.
• Skills in negotiating requirements, priorities, or deadlines with stakeholders.
• Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts that may arise during requirements gathering or project execution.
Soft Skills:
o Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams.
o Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable documents.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience with EPIC systems.
• Understanding of HL7 and FHIR healthcare protocols.
• Background in the dental industry.
