At monday dev, we are seeking an exceptional Senior UX/UI Product Designer to shape and craft a simple experience with complex capabilities and an intuitive product while advancing the company’s strategic vision.

About The Role

  • Lead 0-to-1 processes and projects, guiding other designers toward success.
  • Brainstorm and design new features, taking concepts through to production.
  • Offer innovative ideas and translate them into actionable steps.
  • Make data-driven decisions by experiencing through A/B testing and live results.
  • Design user-centric solutions by relying on research, feedback, and user interviews that you will initiate and lead, with support from UXR (User Experience Research).
  • Communicate your solutions effectively to all stakeholders, using your craft and visual skills to inspire.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to create a seamless user experience with a high-end look and feel.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing complex systems/platforms.
  • Experience collaborating closely with R&D teams.
  • A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to prioritizing the team's needs and fostering collaboration.
  • Experience in conducting user interviews, research, and collecting feedback from customers, while analyzing this feedback to develop solutions.
  • Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
