Job description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

SQC

  1. Understand and internalize Air Liquide supplier qualification procedure
2. Respect and adhere to Air Liquide's compliance requirements from vendors
3. Plan for the supplier qualifications after aligning with center SQM based on
projected business needs
4. Plan and organize supplier qualification activities in coordination with SQM
5. Interact with vendors based on the direction of buyers to introduce the
qualification/ requalification activities
6. Coordinate with vendors for necessary documentation
7. Organize vendor documents received from vendor in google drives and manage
sharing with relevant
8. Coordinate and formalize the approvals from various disciplines internally
9. Coordinate with SRM team for supplier referential updates - create and modify
records in ShAIR
10. Anticipate and plan requalification of suppliers for continuous service
11. Prepare and share qualification dashboards for periodic review of SQM and center
procurement director
12. Any other ad hoc activities related to procurement governance activities
