Le responsabilità chiave per questo ruolo includono:

  • Promuovere il listino Viatris nell’area assegnata contribuendo alla crescita della quota di mercato del territorio

  • Presentare in modo efficace il portafoglio prodotti ai clienti assegnati

  • Costruire, mantenere e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti

  • Conseguire gli obiettivi di fatturato e di profitto in linea con le strategie aziendali

  • Pianificare strategicamente l'attività di visita sui clienti chiave

  • Sviluppare relazioni positive e costruttive con i colleghi, i clienti e la Direzione Aziendale

  • Assicurare un alto livello di servizio ai clienti del territorio assegnato

Le qualifiche minime per questo ruolo sono:

  • Laurea o cultura equivalente

  • Residenza nella zona di lavoro, preferibilmente a Trento

  • Esperienza nella vendita diretta in farmacia, in aziende multinazionali brand o preferibilmente di farmaci equivalenti

  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office

  • Completano il profilo: entusiasmo, forte motivazione e attitudine alla vendita, uniti ad un buon approccio relazionale e ad un ottimo orientamento al risultato, nonché eccellente pianificazione volta al raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati e nell’ottica di sviluppo del territorio e del portfolio
