Horizons is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join an innovative US-based SaaS company revolutionising the healthcare industry. If you're passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs that make a real-world impact, this role is for you!

In this key role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders and developers to bring your creative concepts to life. You’ll lead wire-framing and prototyping using Figma, conduct user research to design seamless experiences, and stay ahead of the latest UI/UX trends, driving both design innovation and business success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create & Test Designs: Lead the design process, from detailed wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, using Figma to bring ideas to life.
  • Shape User Experiences: Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs are intuitive and impactful.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders and developers to align designs with business goals and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, continuously improving the user experience and driving the overall design strategy.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring teams together and advocate for best design practices.
  • Experience in user research methodologies and working within Agile/Scrum environments is a plus!
