Your mission

At SocialTalent, we produce high-value content delivered by world-class experts. Our learning experience is centred around video-based microlearnings, complemented by AI-powered activities, quizzes, workbooks and other learning resources.

As a part of the Instructional Design team, you will have a central role in developing our learning content. You will work closely with subject matter experts from all around the world to adapt their knowledge and expertise into our platformâs model. The main goal for our team is to ensure the content is not only engaging, but enables users to reach their learning objectives and produces tangible results in their work.Â

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer who is passionate about learning and whose work is guided by evidence-based instructional design principles.

Your profile

Key Skills and Experience

Proven experience in eLearning design for commercial products or services.
Background in instructional design, and a passion for continuous learning and research within our field.
Expertise in developing computer-based activities, tests and other assessments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex ideas into clear, concise learning content.
Ability to convey feedback and guidance constructively to subject matter experts.

2. Collaboration and Teamwork

Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
Ability to foster positive relationships with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.

3. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking

Analytical mindset for identifying gaps in content or delivery and proactively developing solutions.
Resourcefulness in troubleshooting issues, especially during the production process.

Effective at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Organised approach to prioritise tasks, ensuring quality and timeliness in content delivery.

4. Curiosity and Continuous Learning

Passion for ongoing learning and professional development, particularly in instructional design and learning technology.
Openness to experimenting with new formats, tools, and strategies to improve content and engagement.
