Oracle SCP Senior Consultant - Demand Planning Specialist

Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will play a customer-facing role and get involved in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation & Solution Design. You will develop, configure and deploy the solution. You will guide teams on project processes and deliverables. You will contribute to the proposal development, demonstrating the application to the potential customers and internal capability building. You will have the opportunity to be part of our premier consulting firm working on the cutting edge of Cloud Implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 4+ Years of experience in Oracle Demand Planning Cloud with hands-on experience in at least one implementation. 
• Specific experience in Demand Planning Processes such as Supply Collaboration Network, Constraint Based Planning, Backlog Management, Supply Planning, Global Order Promising.
• Demonstrated experience in Solution Designs, Requirement Analysis, Functional Designs, Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture
• Experience working with technical teams on Interface design, development and testing 
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Deep understanding of Production Support processes
• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations, integrating Oracle Cloud with other on premise or cloud applications.
• Strong domain knowledge of Oracle Demand Planning Cloud Management processes 
• Experience in Oracle Supply Chain is a plus - R11, R12, Cloud - in modules such as Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Procurement and Costing
• Experience in conducting Proof of Concepts & Configuring Sand-box environments for functionality demonstrations
