Job Description

As our Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll pioneer our expansion into the commercial roofing market. This role combines the excitement of business development with the satisfaction of promoting eco-friendly construction solutions. You’ll identify and engage key decision-makers in the commercial real estate sector, educating them on the financial and environmental benefits of our roof rejuvenation services. Your work will directly contribute to reducing landfill waste from roof replacements while helping businesses save significantly on property maintenance costs. This position offers substantial growth potential as you build our commercial client base from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to commercial prospects, including property managers and HOAs
  • Research and identify potential leads in the commercial real estate sector
  • Develop strategies to reach and engage decision-makers in larger organizations
  • Educate prospects on the technical and financial benefits of roof rejuvenation
  • Set and manage appointments for commercial roof assessments
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the assessment team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies for the commercial sector
  • Assist in optimizing the sales process for commercial clients
