About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SDR to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by reaching out to CTOs and decision-makers to present our services. Our offerings include fractional hires, interim hires, C-suite, and board hires, as well as contract hires for agile and digital transformations (PMO).
Responsibilities:
Execute strategic business development conversations to target CTOs and decision-makers in scale-up, biotech, deep tech, clean tech, and technology markets.
Present and promote our services, including fractional hires, interim hires, C-suite/board hires, and contract hires for agile and digital transformations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CTOs, decision-makers, and other influential contacts within target companies.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Manage the sales conversation to book appointments for the sales management team to discuss contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
Track and report on business development activities, progress, and results, providing regular updates to senior management.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the executive search or recruitment industry.
Proven track record of successfully engaging with CTOs and decision-makers to secure new business.
Strong understanding of the scale-up, biotech, deep tech, clean tech, and technology markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong focus on delivering value to clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and track business development activities.
