As our Software Engineering Manager, you will help the DRG Validation and Charge Capture Service Line make auditors more efficient so that they can process opportunities even quicker. Here’s what you will experience working as a (position title):
- Working with the product owner to groom the stories and add technical details (like design and implementation).
- Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Perform data analysis, modeling, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain data engineering best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strong Databricks, Python and Scala development skills.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft technologies like C#, and Web API. Azure.
- Familiarity with .NET programming language.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, agile environment.
- Azure certifications related to data engineering would be a plus.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $124,200.00 - $165,732.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
