Senior Software Engineer with Leadership responsibility (m/f/x)

Your role at Dynatrace

As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you will be working on Application Security solution project focused on implementing Threat Observability and Security Posture Management (SPM). Your team is responsible for Threat Intelligence, processing information about potential security threats and vulnerabilities, including current and emerging threats and trends.

What will you do?
 

• Lead a team of agile software and AI engineers
• Actively contribute to our codebase as a Java full-stack developer
• Creating an inspiring, cooperative environment with open communication and fostering teamwork
• Enable personal growth within the team
• Ensure team performance, collaboration, and motivation
• Conduct interviews and support staffing activities
• Identify and handle team issue

• Technical study in Computer Science or similar field
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Engineering
• Empathetic person with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and transferring your own knowledge
• Excellent Java knowledge
• Interest in Cyber Security
• Experience with Typescript, Python and AI (LLM) is a plus
