Airline Reservation Specialist with Spanish and English

Job Description:

•    Provide extensive care to customers and resolving their queries. 
•    Provide advise on the flights availability and packages .
•    Expanding our network of loyal customers.
•    Have great command of Spanish and English language.
•    Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
•    It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
•    Having previous experience in travel agency, airline reservations or similar role will be considered as an advantage.
