Essential Job Functions:
- Manage client relationship with regards to the status of their regulatory requests
- Interact with internal business partners to implement/gather information for client requests regarding regulations, market conduct, mailings, or audits
- Implement process improvements to drive productivity and quality enhancements
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute process-related strategies
- Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to adjust in how requests/interactions are handled
- Ensure that the team meets quality and compliance standards
- Schedule and facilitate meetings about unknown topics - with people who are subject matter experts - and they will need to extract from those people important steps / details - but also navigate to what is important
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 + years of relevant work experience in the Life Insurance industry, with a minimum of 2 years
- performing in compliance related job function
- Life insurance experience is mandatory
- Life and Annuity administration experience
- Claims processing and filing is mandatory
- Policy administration experience is mandatory
Other Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office
- Strong experience in Excel
- Extremely detailed orientated
- Ability to multi-task
- Great problem solving skills
- Self Sufficient but with the ability to work in a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and oral skills are required
- Exceptional typing and organizational skills are required
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is preferred
Work Environment:
- Home office. Remote only within the United States of America
- This position requires minimum traveling, however openness to visit client´s sites is required

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $46,200 - $85,800.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
