JOB SUMMARY:
The Global Product Manager, MDx and ID is responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives within the newly established Revvity ID Business Unit and will oversee key strategic downstream and upstream marketing activities. This position will include extensive cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders in R&D, regulatory, quality, clinical & regional marketing to support new product development, product lifecycle management and other marketing programs.
The Global Product Manager for MDx in ID will be responsible for driving the Molecular platform strategy for Revvity as well as owning the T-SPOT ID assay menu including several exciting new product launches.
We are looking for an experienced global product manager who is ready to take on a new challenge and join a rapidly developing business unit within Revvity.
This area is of strategic importance and will provide significant growth opportunities where you will be responsible for developing and executing a customer centric growth strategy.
This role is critical for developing the overall Revvity ID and MDx strategy bringing together opportunities across the organization and identifying an M&A pipeline where needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop clear, fact-based product lifecycle strategies based on rigorous customer insights and understanding of external trends, ensuring alignment with cross-functional and regional commercial partners to ensure achievement of financial/budget expectations.
Participate in long-term strategy development and product pipeline portfolio management aligned with the infectious disease business unit strategy.
Provide commercial leadership to new product development projects adhering to the Revvity NPI process including product launch excellence.
Establish & maintain in-depth knowledge of infectious disease market & competitive landscape, including customer needs, market trends, clinical trends & guidelines, technology trends, reimbursement & competitive activity.
Support key sustaining and innovation projects through development and commercialization by participating in cross-functional teams as the marketing core team member. Deliver comprehensive business cases, product requirements, and commercialization plans from concept through launch. Will lead execution of 1-2 new product launch into multiple markets globally.
Lead content management strategy for assay portfolio, including development of new product tools, marketing collateral and training materials and manage approval process through Veeva Vault with legal, medical & regulatory across the platform.
Develop deep knowledge of the customer experience from customer opportunity identification through implementation and support the regional marketing teams with strategies to maximize customer experience and time-to-revenue.
Demonstrate subject matter expertise to diverse audiences (R&D, manufacturing, sales, regulatory, legal) to build confidence and motivate successful execution of various programs. Maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
This candidate will ultimately inform Revvity ID BU strategic decisions, by ensuring that decisions made capture voice of Sales, VOC, and key challenges around commercial success. This requires an in-depth understanding of direct and indirect Sales processes, as well as close collaboration with Sales leaders, Regional Marketing, Product Management and Product Development to drive improvements and best practices within the IDx BU.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
BSc in a medical science required
MSc in Infectious Diseases, Microbiology, Immunology or similar preferred.
Product Leadership experience in a commercial role in a diagnostic or pharmaceutical company
A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in the diagnostic industry
Experience with Sales, GTM and Product Development cycles
In-depth understanding of the diagnostic laboratory market, competitor landscape and buying process
Experience in product management
Experience in project management
