Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Medicare Appeals
Harrisburg, PA (onsite)


Join the team as a Customer Service Representative handling Medicare appeals. You’ll assist customers by answering questions, guiding them through the appeals process, and ensuring they receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and assist customers with Medicare appeal inquiries.
  • Explain appeal processes and provide updates on case status.
  • Document customer interactions and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or insurance.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in medical customer service is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
