At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Solutions Architect you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a Solutions Architect joining our team to support our Low Code No Code practice, contributing wins from direct technical involvement in proposal efforts.
HOW A SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Lead solutioning efforts for low code platforms, primarily ServiceNow, but also helping us diversify our business into other platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, MuleSoft, BMC Helix, or Pega.
- Consult with customers and provide high impact, cost-effective low code solutions.
- Work with our strategy team to create the future using cutting edge technology.
- Grow our business by supporting the entire capture process including planning efforts, level of effort estimates, and writing proposal and capture materials.
- Stay current on industry trends to ensure our customers maximize their return on investment.
- Lead software development teams to successful outcomes in high-complexity agile environments.
- Mature our internal operations dashboarding, management, and automation approach.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- BA/BS and 20+ years of experience or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM automations and integrations
- 1+ years of experience leading software development efforts
- High agency, extreme ownership, and a desire for career advancement
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and grow a business
- Masterful written and oral communication skills
- ServiceNow CSA certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- ServiceNow CAD and CIS certifications or the ability to obtain in the first year
- Must be a US person
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting the Public Sector (Fed/Civ, Defense, State/Local, and/or Intel sectors)
- 5+ years of experience writing technical proposals
- Hands-on technical experience and certifications in platforms like Salesforce, Appian, and Pega
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
