The Role
As a Senior Engineer specializing in Flutter and Android, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing mobile applications that impact millions of users. This role combines technical expertise with collaborative teamwork in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust features using Dart, Kotlin, and Java
  • Develop scalable Flutter applications and migrate existing native Android apps
  • Write comprehensive test cases to ensure implementation accuracy and reliability
  • Provide mentorship to Android developers transitioning to Flutter
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Debug complex issues and implement efficient solutions
  • Contribute to team effectiveness and ongoing project improvements

Required Expertise:

  • 5+ years in Android development with 3+ years of Flutter experience
  • Strong proficiency in Dart and Kotlin
  • Hands-on experience with MVVM or VIPER architectures
  • Solid understanding of Clean Architecture principles
  • Familiarity with Flutter widgets, state management solutions, and Jetpack library
  • Comprehensive knowledge of S.O.L.I.D principles and Design Patterns
  • Experience with Flutter and Android database frameworks
  • Proficiency in optimizing app performance and implementing security best practices
