Responsibilities

Performs the highest level of compensation support through design, analytics, and execution of new and existing pay program(s) and practices. Focus is on providing consultative-level compensation services: designs pay program(s) and practices to meet the organization’s needs, creates business processes to bring program(s) and practices into operation, collaboratively completes job evaluations/market pricing, large scale department reorganizations, and equity reviews. Participates in projects and leads large scale project work. Uses advanced Excel skills to perform and present complex compensation data analytics.

Qualifications
