ActioNet is seeking a Program Manager for an immediate, a REMOTE opportunity with occasional travel (10%) to the Washington, D.C. area. This role requires U.S. citizenship to be eligible for federal government security clearance.
Join a dynamic team as a Program Manager, leading cross-functional efforts to ensure project success through meticulous timeline management, resource allocation, and team coordination. In this role, you’ll report directly to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and key updates, all while driving alignment across diverse teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee program timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success.
- Manage program budgeting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Coordinate between multiple teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and optimizing program strategies.
- Report on project status, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Basic Qualifications (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience with government or Census Bureau projects.
- Local candidate based on the East Coast, within commuting distance of Washington, DC.
