At Stitch, we’re building something extraordinary. As a fast-growing team of passionate marketing technologists, architects, and strategists, we bring together our diverse backgrounds and experiences to work towards one common goal: make marketers’ lives easier with Braze.
Customer engagement is becoming increasingly complex, but with the right technology, processes, and strategies in place, marketers can achieve great things. We're motivated to be drivers of what the future of martech looks like by building solutions that work.
We’re all in on Braze as the leading customer engagement platform and the cornerstone of the modern martech stack. As an Orbit-level certified Braze partner (the highest level of partnership), we work alongside marketers from some of the world’s most beloved brands to stitch together innovative solutions, better processes, and smarter strategies that make marketing magic happen in Braze.
About This Role
As a Solution Consultant at Stitch, you will collaborate closely with our Solution Leads (referred to in other organizations as Account Executives) and Account Directors during the sales cycle for clients based in Mexico. You’ll use your martech expertise to paint a vivid picture of how a Braze-centric solution, alongside other relevant solutions, designed by Stitch can transform our clients' customer engagement strategies.
In addition to our Braze focus, we understand that the modern marketer faces challenges with data, reporting, visualization, and overall marketing strategy. The Solution Consultant role will also provide expertise on CDP platforms, data warehouses, and reporting/visualization solutions.
This is an incredibly strategic and highly cross-functional role that requires a strong understanding of marketing technology, customer data platforms (CDPs), data governance, marketing and transactional messaging, and platform architecture as well as strong communication skills. Above all, a curiosity to ask questions, develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, and translate this knowledge into compelling solutions, will define success in this role.
This specific role will focus on clients in Mexico. In order to effectively collaborate with teammates and serve our clients, this person must be fluent in both Spanish and English. If you choose to apply to the job, please submit an English resume.
