Sr. Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing [specific type of projects/initiatives], ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Project Execution: Lead project teams through all project phases, from initiation to closure. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure the project stays on track. Address any issues that arise during project execution.
• Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership. Provide regular project status updates, report on key metrics, and manage expectations.
• Scope Management: Ensure project scope is well-defined and documented. Monitor scope changes and assess their impact on project timelines and resources. Implement scope change control processes when necessary.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget. Manage resource constraints and balance workload across team members.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of project deliverables. Conduct thorough quality checks and ensure that all project outputs meet established quality criteria.
• Compliance: Ensures projects comply with SOPs and other compliance related policies
• Budget Tracking: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other relevant records.
• Lessons Learned : Conduct project post-mortems to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement. Apply insights from past projects to enhance future project execution.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management
• Pharmaceutical
• ERP project management
• Understanding of project management methodology including project planning, requirements, estimating, resource management, scheduling, and risk/issue management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships with all team members and stakeholders
• Experience facilitating status meetings and holding team members accountable for status, deliverables, and timely escalation of any barriers to success
• Strong negotiation skills to broker conversations and reach compromises
