Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Participate and drive Business process and requirements definition workshops meetings.
  • Work closely with the Business and Product Owner(s) to understand requirements.
  • Drive discussions on Requirement engineering, finding gaps between the wants to needs vs. Salesforce capabilities/offerings.
  • Responsible for capturing and reviewing end to end Business Requirements/ Specifications/ User Stories.
  • Create business process flow / journey maps.
  • Create user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Single Point of Contact on all Salesforce Platform features for Process Clarifications.
  • Guide assessments in line with Best Practices and Industry standards.
  • Functional lead for solution delivery and ensure developed solution is aligned to functional needs.
  • Understand the current business capabilities, architecture & system landscape vis-à-vis interfacing systems and to-be solution.
  • Help teams in developing and reviewing architecture, high level design, sizing and functional dependencies.
  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP.
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
  • Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.



Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as BA role and Presales.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Experience with Sales, Service, Financial Service and other salesforce clouds .
  • Support pre-sales activities by developing POV, Case studies and response for RFP/RFI.
