Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with patients to understand their healthcare needs and guide them through the admissions process
• Introduce patients to free Telehealth service, effectively communicating its benefits and how it can cater to their individual requirements
• Utilize provided lists to proactively reach out to potential patients, identifying leads and qualifying their suitability for our services
• Provide accurate and detailed information about the facility's services, addressing any concerns or inquiries patients may have
• Assess patient needs to determine the most appropriate services and support available, ensuring a personalized and tailored experience
• Facilitate the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, effectively closing deals and ensuring a smooth transition for patients
• Maintain ongoing relationships with patients, offering support and assistance as needed throughout their journey

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong critical thinking and customer service skills
• Sales experience, with a proven track record in selling healthcare services, products, or solutions would be advantageous

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
