Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for potential homebuyers while using your sales skills to qualify leads and make meaningful connections? Join our team at NewHomesMate as a Customer Experience Specialist, where you’ll be at the forefront of engaging with leads from our online marketplace. Your mission: to qualify leads, guide them through an initial conversation, and seamlessly schedule consultations with our New Homes Experts. You’ll be instrumental in setting the stage for an exceptional home-buying experience.

NOTE: This role is similar to a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR), focusing on lead qualification and setting up consultations with our sales team.

What You'll Do 🌟

  • Engage with and qualify leads generated through our online marketplace, leveraging your communication and sales skills to identify potential homebuyers.
  • Skillfully schedule initial phone consultations, conveying the value of our services during the first contact and ensuring a smooth transition to our New Homes Experts.
  • Effectively handle objections and address concerns from potential buyers during the qualification process.
  • Use active listening and sales techniques to uncover the homebuyers’ needs, timeline, and preferences, ensuring the consultation is as relevant as possible.
  • Craft an unparalleled customer experience through prompt and professional responses, while driving interest and trust in our services.
  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions, ensuring no detail is overlooked in the transition to the New Homes Experts.
  • Collaborate closely with New Homes Experts to facilitate a seamless hand-off once the lead is qualified and the consultation is scheduled.
  • Stay informed about new construction market trends to better position our services during initial interactions with potential buyers.

What We're Looking For 🚀

  • Prior experience in customer success, sales development, or lead qualification, with a proven track record of effectively identifying and passing on qualified leads.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage leads, articulate value, and navigate initial objections.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer experience during the qualification process.
  • Good attention to detail with organizational and multitasking skill, particularly when managing multiple leads at different stages of qualification.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and can quickly adapt to evolving lead qualification strategies.
  • Proficient in using online technology platforms, CRM tools, and communication systems to track and manage lead interactions.
  • Ability to conduct high-quality conversations that build trust and prepare leads for the next step in the sales process.
  • Fluent English. Native/Fluent Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent internet/Wi-Fi connection.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly new construction homes, is a plus.
