Join Fossil Group as a Field Account Manager and Shape the Future of Retail in the Netherlands!

At Fossil Group, we believe in creating unforgettable moments for our customers. As a Field Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and strengthening relationships with independent accounts in the southern region of the Netherlands. You’ll have the opportunity to visit stores, collaborate with national accounts, and deliver impactful visual and sales strategies across a wide range of Fossil products and brands.

Your Impact

  • Be a Sales Leader: Execute strategic sales initiatives that align with our business goals, ensuring your territory thrives and revenue increases through regular store visits.
  • Champion Product Appeal: Elevate the in-store experience by delivering engaging product training and visually striking merchandising support, making our offerings irresistible to customers.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Nurture strong connections with independent retailers and national accounts, acting as the face of Fossil Group while providing ongoing operational support.
  • Spot New Opportunities: Continuously seek new business prospects and provide valuable feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine our strategies.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional business plan that drives sales growth and exceeds targets while maintaining brand standards.
  • Enhance Customer Insights: Use your keen insights into market trends and customer behavior to inform your approach and maximize the overall shopping journey for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A solid background in sales, ideally in retail or fashion, with a strong understanding of the Dutch market.
  • Results-Driven: Passionate about achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to work independently and manage your time while on the road.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools like B2B platforms, VMI, and EDI.
