Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Flexible (20hours/week) within the client's business hours. 4 hours a day, five days a week.
  • Client Timezone: California

Job Description:

As a Lead Management and Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth. You’ll manage incoming leads, schedule estimates, and nurture potential clients through the sales process. This role offers a unique blend of customer service and sales support, allowing you to develop valuable skills in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the company’s leadership, playing a crucial role in converting leads into satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to and qualify incoming leads
• Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual estimates
• Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement
• Utilize CRM systems to manage lead information efficiently
• Track marketing costs and report on lead quality
• Collaborate with the team to optimize the sales process
• Contribute to achieving weekly estimate targets


Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a drive for results
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable with performance-based incentives
  • Available to work 20-40 hours per week, depending on workload
