JOB SUMMARY

The Commercial Solutions Analyst supports the management and optimization of the end-to-end development and implementation of commercial solutions tools, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical requirements, and user needs, while driving system adoption, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and continuously improving data governance and reporting capabilities. This role is instrumental in the development of commercial tools, that will unlock time, drive growth, and support a culture of accountability across the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

  • Facilitate the management of commercial solution projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical specifications, and user needs by acting as a subject matter expert in report development and data sources.
  • Manage the maintenance and integrity of commercial databases, including implementation of data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business and category fundamentals.
  • Support the Commercial Solutions Team in driving system adoption, organizational change management, and ongoing user training. Monitor and assess the performance of deployed solutions and gather feedback for improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Analyze, assess, and prioritize commercial reporting requirements considering technical requirements, implications for end users, and alignment to organizational initiatives.
  • Act as a project manager for the development of reporting solutions from needs identification to development to UAT to deployment. Follow and optimize processes across our team and stakeholders
  • Be a subject matter expert in terms of report development, source data, and user training
  • Effectively communicate needs between business, technical, and development teams
  • Utilize problem solving skills to identify issues, root causes and explore solutions through working with cross functional teams and data partners
  • Support the CS Team in driving organizational change management, system training, support and adoption. Willingness to explore and try creative solutions
  • Support the CS Team in data governance and integrity initiatives, establishing and fostering relationships with internal and external data partners
  • Visual storyteller with the ability to create Tableau/Power BI dashboards will be a long term goal for this role
  • Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions, collecting feedback from stakeholders

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 3 years’ experience in data and analytics, finance, business management is required
  • BWS experience a plus
  • Tableau or Power BI skills is preferred

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $64,300 – 100,900/year, not including benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to enable future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package!
