What You'll Do

  • Serve as a Technical Advisor - Act as a key technical consultant and product expert, providing strategic guidance to clients to ensure they achieve maximum value from our solutions.
  • Own the Sales Cycle - Manage the full sales cycle from generating opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
  • Collaborate with Teams - Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand the unique challenges and business processes of our prospects and customers.
  • Deliver Engaging Presentations - Conduct informative product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the advantages of our solutions.
  • Build Client Relationships - Establish strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify New Opportunities - Proactively research, identify, and engage new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Provide Expert Guidance - Offer insights on best practices, industry standards, and successful strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • Support Implementation - Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration of our platform into client workflows.
  • Conduct Training Sessions - Lead training and workshops for clients and internal teams to enhance understanding and usage of the platform.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience - 3-5 years in a sales or technical consulting role within the SaaS or technology-related field.
  • Technical Proficiency - Strong understanding of project management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English, with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Sales Acumen - Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-sized businesses using a consultative sales approach.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset - Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and adding value to client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Skills - Strong analytical abilities to identify business challenges and develop tailored solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Solution Engineering Experience - Background in a technical consulting position supporting the sales cycle of Work OS or high-value business solutions like CRM, DevOps, ITIL, or ITSM.
  • Technical Understanding - Knowledge of SaaS solutions, architecture, and modern business applications, including integrations and APIs.
  • Multi-Product Selling Experience - Proven experience in selling multi-product solutions to markets ranging from small to enterprise.
  • Business Analysis Skills - Ability to construct business cases and ROI analyses.
