Overview
The Fullstack Developer plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications. With expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, this individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create robust software solutions. They will leverage their skills in Python and Java to deliver scalable systems and to build RESTful APIs that enhance user experience and increase functionality within our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable web applications using Python and Java.
  • Create and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers for enhanced frontend implementations.
  • Build and maintain robust backend systems.
  • Ensure quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing.
  • Implement best practices in code quality, version control, and deployment.
  • Utilize deployment tools for efficient software release cycles.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprints, retrospectives, and planning.
  • Provide support and maintenance for existing applications.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Document application design and development processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to their growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams for compliance and risk management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
  • Proficient in Python and Java programming languages.
  • Experience with RESTful services and API design.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with deployment tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience in version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
