Job description

The Role

  • Preparing price quotations for business partners and aligning price strategy with HQ
  • Identify market potential and unique selling points for the product in specific segments
  • Identify relevant channels for optimized market coverage
  • Market products at all stages of the product lifecycle
  • Promote product information to relevant business partners
  • Secure effective way to launch new products, develop launch packet and prepare launch of new products in cooperation with Marketing Communications
  • Promote selected products to business partners
  • Channel product relevant technical info both to and from HQ teams
  • Communicate with product company about product features / applications
  • Support business partners with technical solution/advice for specific task
  • Coordinate the preparation of business plan for products, areas and channels under responsibility
  • Take care of direct sales to key customers in the assigned area and achieve sales targets according to defined Business Line plan as described in current VCP Letter
  • Monitor and report the market situation and competition activities in the assigned area
  • Develop and increase market share in the assigned area by performing activities defined in current Business Line plan

What we expect of you?

  • Education: min. secondary school + graduation, technical education preferred
  • Languages: Romanian + English - fluent. Hungarian - advantage
  • PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
  • Min. 4 years of relevant experience (active sales in field, focus on technical or industrial products preferred, team-leading experience)
  • Independent, self managed, success-motivated, enthusiastic personality
  • Proactivity, ability to plan and prioritize own work efficiently
  • Team-player
  • Leadership skills, experience with leading a team is necessary
