Position Summary:
Swiftly is searching for a highly motived and detail oriented Human Resources and Recruiting partner. From sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees the ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and recruiting support, to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. This will be a dynamic role that will sit within the People Team and will drive both success and compliance with employees.
 
This is a full-time contractor role with Deel as the employer of record. 


Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage and execute on the full recruitment life cycle, from posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, to closing candidates, in a high volume and complex recruitment environment
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates through direct sourcing activities
  • Maintain Swiftly’s ATS system with up-to-date candidate activity
  • Foster a strong candidate and onboarding/offboarding experience
  • Own the recruitment metrics reports for your hires that is utilized for internal use, meetings, and leadership distribution. Use data to measure the success and impact of your recruitment efforts
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
  • Other related duties as assigned

  • Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience hiring in a competitive market, preferably with a US based company
  • Proven ability to adapt to various groups and establish common ground to effectively influence others 
  • Exceptional recruiting business acumen
  • Ability to work independently while valuing, encouraging, and partaking in collaboration across a team 
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and analytically driven, excellent written and oral communications skills - ability to work with a global team in multiple time-zones
  • Ability to use deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Experience with Lever ATS
  • Experience with Deel platform
  • Experience with startups and operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment with a proven ability to maintain composure in high pressure situations
