About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer who has a deep understanding of digital advertising, an analytical mindset, and a knack for optimization. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, from social media to programmatic display. Your main goal will be to achieve the best possible ROI for our clients by implementing strategic ad buys and continuously improving campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage media buying strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to optimize targeting and positioning.
  • Efficiently allocate budgets, monitor ad spend, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance, adjusting creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies as necessary.
  • Generate and present clear, actionable insights from performance data for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with media vendors to explore new channels and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in media buying or digital advertising, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficient in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and DSPs. Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong ability to interpret campaign data, optimize performance, and report on ROI metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for client interaction and internal communication.
  • Ability to keep up with evolving digital trends and platform updates.
  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications preferred.

Additional details:

  • This is a full-time, remote position.
  • Compensation range is from $1,500 to $4,000 USD a month based on experience.
