Senior Media Strategist Associate - epocrates 

  

We are looking for a Senior Media Strategist Associate to join the Commercial Consulting team within our epocrates division. In this role, the Senior Media Strategist Associate will be involved in all phases of the client lifecycle, beginning with RFP response proposals, to media optimization recommendations for live programs. This individual will work with Sales Executives and fellow members of the Commercial Consulting and Customer Success organization to develop strategic, brand specific, media solutions for our pharmaceutical customer baseIn this client-facing role, you will provide ongoing commercial consulting support, internally and externally, to both our sales executives and our clientsThis individual will also develop proposals for individual deals and ensure ongoing campaigns are optimized for the ideal level of audience engagement. The Senior Media Strategist Associate will work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Core Analytics and Client Services to ensure recommendations are evidence-based and aligned with client needs. This individual will play a key role in the customer success journey, building relationships and trust that allow epocrates to drive revenue growth by increasing the long-term value of our current customer base and attract new high value customers.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide consultative support for the preparation of RFP response proposals (as requested by media buyer agencies/pharma)  

  • Provide content, targeting and timing recommendations  

  • Showcase channel engagement of relevant audiences/specialties 

  • Facilitate the development of presentations for high level meetings with media buyer agencies or pharma clients as required  

  • Participate in “brainstorming” sessions with clients on ways to optimize healthcare professional engagement with epocrates   

  • Understand outlined strategic imperatives and consider which epocrates solutions best meet client objectives; provide targeting and touchpoint strategy input   

  • Work directly with clients and account teams to understand campaign objectives and determine effective measurement plans  

  • Provide content, targeting and timing recommendations to improve campaign performance as needed
